The founder President of J.A Groups is Mr. Jit Bahadur Shrestha and Mrs. Anar Devi Shrestha. The Managing Director is Mr. Jen Shrestha followed by Director Mr. Jibesh Shrestha and Executive Director Mr. Jush Shrestha.

The headquarter of J. A Groups  is located at JA Building, Kamaladi-28, Kathmandu, Nepal.
The Group is in a process to establish its regional trading offices in USA, Dubai, Thailand, Japan and India. Comprising of skilled international exposure team, the group has diversified into various sectors like Hydropwer, Solar-energy, E-commerce and Electronics.
The Group also imports the 3G/4G live broadcasting equipments from Netherlands. The team at believes in consistent research in exploring new business ideas and nourishes in continued improvement of quality management.
